Origin Story

As a young boy of 7 years old, I can remember receiving my “first ever” instrument from my Mama & Pops – a sunset coloured electric guitar. To be honest, I really didn’t know how to play guitar or what to do with it. actually,  I would lay it flat on my lap and play it like a keyboard.

A few years later, with my young boy savings - I bought my “Bontempi” air organ from a local shop and learned some simple lines of music for Christmas tunes - Wow ... I know right ……. here comes the “Rockstar”.

Fast forward to grade 8, just shy of 13 – for Grad trip, our class went to see “Phantom of the Opera” in Toronto, Ontario at Pantages Theatre. Oh, my Lord, the opening scene when the chandelier drops, the curtain falls and the symphony becomes alive with sound – goosebumps in my ears and eyes!

- I found my passion for music and sound -

It’s never been lost on me since then -  if I wanted to find a world where reality becomes unreal and  be transported throughout various layers in my mind – music is the method of sublime conveyance.

Years have past, combined of thousands of musical plays, soundtracks, artists, musicians, genres, and concerts seen & heard. I have compiled, in my head- a library (Athenaeum) of sounds to be unlocked.

-The Dream Calling Everything Home –

I am so excited to share my thoughts, collaborate, consult, and work with other storytellers of their own art form to create something special together.

P.S.

As music dreams come true, fate delivers a person/ pivotal angel who is the love of your life.

A few years ago, my beautiful wife purchased my latest instrument – a Roland electronic drum set. #finallyarockstar

Signing off now in the moment, at the tender age of 43 yrs. old and what amazingly feels like an eternity full of the love of music, romance, family & life.
